These Terms of Service apply when you use the Rayana Cafe online ordering website to browse the menu, place pickup or delivery orders, use coupons, make online payments, track orders, or contact Rayana Cafe.
By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information needed to process your order.
Menu, availability, and pricing
Menu items, item availability, variants, add-ons, prices, taxes, delivery charges, and minimum order values may change. The backend calculates authoritative order totals during checkout and stores the final order snapshot.
Rayana Cafe may mark items unavailable, close ordering temporarily, or reject an order when necessary, including when menu availability, opening hours, delivery coverage, payment status, or operational conditions require it.
Pickup and delivery
Orders may be offered for pickup, delivery, or both depending on the current Rayana Cafe settings, opening hours, and service area. Delivery may be restricted by postal code or local delivery coverage.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery address, locality, city, postal code, and order instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent delivery.
Opening hours and restaurant availability
Orders are subject to Rayana Cafe availability. The restaurant may be closed because of regular hours, temporary operational closure, or manual availability changes.
If the restaurant is unavailable, checkout may be blocked until ordering is available again.
Payments and payment failures
Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment providers may apply their own terms and policies to payment processing.
If an online payment fails, is abandoned, or cannot be verified, the order may remain unpaid, be blocked from kitchen processing, or require a retry where the service allows it. Rayana Cafe does not ask customers to share full card details through support channels.
Cancellations and refunds
Customer cancellation is allowed only before the order is accepted by Rayana Cafe. After acceptance, cancellation depends on restaurant review and operational circumstances.
Refund eligibility and refund amounts depend on the order status, payment status, refundable amount, provider response, and applicable legal or operational requirements. Refunds are not guaranteed in every situation, and online refund processing may depend on the payment provider.
Promotions and coupons
Coupons and promotions may have eligibility rules such as minimum order value, date limits, usage limits, applicable order types, or active/inactive status.
Coupon discounts are validated by the backend during checkout. A coupon may be rejected if it is expired, unavailable, already used, below minimum value, or otherwise not eligible.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Preparation and delivery times are estimates. They are provided to help customers understand expected progress, but they are not guaranteed exact arrival times.
Live driver tracking may be available for some delivery orders. Tracking is order-specific and may depend on device permissions, driver participation, connection quality, and map services.
Third-party services
The website may use third-party services such as Google Maps, Places, or Routes for address and ETA features, Razorpay for online payments, and Meta or WhatsApp for order-related communications.
Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or payment verification, submit false order information, scrape the service, abuse coupons, or use the service in a way that harms Rayana Cafe, customers, staff, or service providers.
Rayana Cafe may restrict or refuse service where misuse, suspected fraud, security risk, or unlawful activity is detected.
Service availability and limitation of liability
Rayana Cafe works to keep the ordering service available, but the website, payment providers, maps, notifications, hosting, network connections, or devices may experience interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rayana Cafe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays, provider outages, or technical interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
